I am sometimes asked if I want any 'dead material' that would otherwise go in the bin and I always say 'yes', so I have all kinds of old manuscripts piling up in the 'Library of Fforde'. This is the USA copyeditor's marked up loose leaf manuscript of Well of Lost Plots, full of various pencil scribbles and represents the MS as it was when I sent it to the publishers. My ammendments to their ammendments are in blue crayon. Signed and complete with memo from the copyeditor explaining what it is and what needs to happen to it. A unique opportunity to purchase a large quantity of used paper. Reserve price: £200 or $400. |
