Published by Byblos, Amsterdam 2003. This is a rare bird, since it is an unauthorised edition. We gave them permission to publish but they never fulfilled the terms of the contract, so Dutch translation rights reverted to us. We didn't know about it all until a Dutch fan sent us a copy.
