This example of "Thursday Next Extreme" was submitted by Stuart Bruce on the set of the UK TV show "Big Brother". A bold attempt to swipe the lead but it might have been even better. Stuart explains: "...The original plan was to take the photo on one of the alien (and therefore genuinely Extreme) planet surfaces or a spaceship set from the filming of the "Hitch Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy" movie which was shooting in the studio next door, but they wouldn't let me take a camera in there. So my claim to this photo being extreme is that I was *nearly* on the surface of an alien planet. Perhaps that's a little lame but never mind..."
