Proving that notional concepts of the impossibility of time travel might be slightly overstated, Colin Brown submitted the above pictures to us here at the "Thursday Next Extreme" offices. He says:

"...On a recent excursion back into the middle ages I took along a copy of The Well of Lost Plots and a digital camera. The locals were a bit perplexed by the camera, but a few silver coins were more than enough to get a handful of pictures taken. So here I am in a variety of locations, from the camp of a Germanic tribe to a Roman courtyard. Oddly enough, while in Scotland, I didn't find a single other person there wearing a Great Kilt. An English traveler did, however, ask me to sit for a woodcutting, and I obliged, so perhaps the style will catch on..."
