Here I am at the top of the St Guys Hospital tower in London, some 450 feet or 32 stories above ground, taking part in an abseil for Marie Curie Cancer Care. Well you know what it is like. Nothing much to do for 5 minutes so why not catch up on some reading?

PS the Kilt was for a bet that raised £50 for the charity.
