The SpecOps Building in Swindon. A bit of a cheat here. Firstly, it looks nothing like the 'No-nonsense Gothic Design' described in the book, and secondly, this isn't in Swindon - it's the town hall in Salisbury. I think there is a design I like in Reading that I will use, but I have yet to get round to it. As can be seen, Spike's car is parked outside. Even for Thursday's world this is an old design; It would have been used by the SO-17 operative before Spike - and probably the one before her, too.
