How do you get the cool names?

<HTML>Hey Jasper, I just love the names you use, and I was wondering if they're 'forced', I mean, if you sit down for ages trying to create something funny, or do they just appear in your mind for example when you're sleeping.... then sleepily you pick up a pen you have on your bedside table and write them down on a piece of paper, kept exactly for that effect... lol...
