My what fun we all had last night...

Carla: I don't know what 3A is. Possibly WHEELS but that doesn't really make sense although it does end up with the right answer to start you off.

PSD (and everyone else): I didn't get why the odd ones out worked. All very inconsistent. Some literary, some commonsense...

dkg@enact-online.co.uk

Now onto the swifties. Got the first one (cheers PSD), stuck on the second.

Okay, I now know for sure, I hate the Swifties. I'm stuck on the second one! Is it supposed to be loosing or losing? Cuz that changes things! Any hints from some kind Brit (or other) who takes pitty on me? (donning most innocent doe-eyed look and trying to act pitiful and sweet at the same time...)

AAC - It's not an 'ing' word, it's more of a cry.

Got it, thanks everyone. I feel better now that it's done <WHEW>

I was reading the prizes...and oddly enough, I have most of the titles being offered! However, giving the duplicate ones away to the local Boys & Girls club might be a good thing. Well, that's assuming I win! LOL I'd really rather have the trading cards that would go to the bookstore!

Oh well!

Yeah, I'd rather have the trading cards myself too, although I only have a couple of the books.
