<HTML> dear whoever this may concern,
I am only 12 years old and my mother ahs just read jasper Fford's book "The Eyre Affair" She will NOT stop talking about it and her conversations always seem to be about how Dodo's are amazind pets which have seem to have driven her firends mad but they have all read the book now so when it comes to one of her dinner party's i hide in a cuboard on the top floor no offence to Jasper Ffords amazingly funny book which i reading at the moment but i do not know what to do with my mother!
I have a son who is 12. He sometimes thinks I am mad. ALL mothers are mad. Sometimes. Perhaps you could talk to your mother about this book (which, by the way I talk about with MY 12 year-old son who also read it after I read it and couldn't stop talking about it), or failing that get her a pet as amazing as a Dodo. Make her a Dodo kit? Good luck with your mother.
<HTML>Holly- the only thing I can think of is to read the book and then ask her about anything you don't understand in it when she's reading it herself!</HTML>
