If Kenny comes, I'll be forced to leave. I'm glad to know that there are other nomads wandering the virtual plane.

I keep an eye out for new posts on all the fforums (ffora?), but I generally don't start any new threads except on Nextian Chat.

Well I wasn't really trying to start a thread, just satisfy my curiosity. It does feel strange in some of the other Fforums (Ffori!), though...

What, you mean the eerie sound of the wind whistling through abandoned conversations, augmented only by the occasional chirp of crickets, and the rotting hulks of threads overrun by spammers sounding their lonely calls into the night?

It's nice to have these fforae available, but in the end it seems more convenient to keep all the conversations all together over in Nextian Chat, since even new threads that start on a specific book usually end up disintigrating into general randomness anyway. And there's not so many of us Fforumites (or new topics being started at any one time) that we would need to keep them organized by subject or anything like that. Possibly if there were several times as many active members…

Wonder how long it will take before any other Fforumites discover we're here, though. We could tell embarassing stories about them. There was this one time when…

Ah, but don't you think that it is safer for the general reader who may not be registered to at least know about the Dark Side? We should invite them in, offer them cake then they will be Ours!!!!!!!!!

Is that how it works? You have to be registered to post in Nextian Chat, but you can post anywhere else without registering? I had wondered why there was so much spam in these fforia and none in Nextian Chat nowadays…

And no, exclamation points are okay, as long as you keep the evil laughs to a minimum. Of course, we are accepting of anyone and everyone here, so if you want to be a wannabe evil tyrant, that's okay with me!
