You might be interested to know that in the 80's a grunge band in Australia was called Nursery Crimes this is also the original name for the Big Over Easy and Jack Spratt's crime section.

Mindless trivia i know. And they werent a bad band either.

Genesis released an lp in 1972 of the title nursery crimes it may be a possibility that the name derived from that

That was the one I referring to. :) Somehow, I doubt that a grunge band would admit to it as a reference, even if it was.

To be fair Genesis did spell it "Cryme", so the Aussie band could claim that their version has nothing to do with it.
