The towers that you see everywhere in Jasper's latest work, Shades of Grey.
Who here thinks they are Yorrick's famous Anti-Smote towers?
Or, on the other hand, am I the only one that missed this?

Hi elrunethe2nd,
hopefully someone with a better memory than mine will be along soon to confirm or deny this. My understanding, though was that the "Shades of Grey" world is completely separate from the world of Thursday and Jack Spratt. SOG is set a long way in their future, at best.
However, come what may and other platitudes, call into Nextian Chat and help yourself to pies and drinks.

Well, it stuck me, as at the end of FAS the Commonsense Party announced they were abandoning the Book-Sitcom idea and instead reducing the stupidity surplus on the towers in question. That would provide a reasonable explanation, right?
