FAO Jasper -

I can reveal the provenance of the strangely inappropriate cover used by the Russian translators on "Delo Djen" ("The Jane Affair, or An Eyre Of Ruthlessness") - it's actually the cover of Peter F Hamilton's "The Nano Flower". They pinched the artwork, the cads. It's not unusual for foreign publishers to do this - the German edition of one of Neal Asher's books uses the cover from "2061: Odyssey Three" by Arthur C Clarke (you'd think he would have noticed).

Quality of translation is pretty good, by the way.

(Footnote: The way "Delo" is pronounced, it's hard to render it either as "Delo", "Dyello" or, possibly misleadingly, "Jello", but it does sound almost exactly like the surname Dalziel. Bit too tempting to write it as "Dalzielo Djen", though.)
