electronik dreams

I dreamed of you all last night. The first time I have dreamed of the internet I think. Normally I dream about fictional people, so it is strange to dream about people, oneself has not met.

Ah, but how do you know we are real? We could be mere creations of your own imagination. This is a cerebral neuron typing this, by the way.

Hi! I'm a synapse! Nice to meet you! Also, my volume is broken!

I am real - at least that is what BibwitHart's imagination tells me.

How can you be sure? Are you a butterfly dreaming you're a human or a human dreaming that you're a butterfly dreaming?

Peace. Be one with the delusion.

I'm certainly a human. Opposable thumbs and everything.

No, you are, like all the other primates. Halfway to human maybe. Still an ape.

Has anyone ever had a lucid dream, when they suddenly realise they're having a dream, and can make things happen?

I have twice, it's only lasted a couple of minutes before waking up. And at the time I thought how great it was, but since, I've begun to wonder, are lucid dreams /really/ lucid, or are we dreaming that we realise we're dreaming, and we have no real control after all, it's just happening anyway.

Now I'm confusing myself, well it is nearly 3am. I'm on night shift, and at this point they haven't filtered out this site, so expect posts from me in the wee small hours, when I get bored and lonely. :P

You met all of us? That must have been a long, crowded dream!

I had a dream where some of you & some from the boardello collided in the neighborhood I'm always wandering in my dreams-
I'm thinking it might have been Halloween...

I can't remember exactly how of you I dreamed about. I don't think I actually met you "in person", more dreaming of you as disembodied word/people. A bit along the lines of the Matrix.

Dreams are strange things. I one this year where I was in this sort of huge escher-like square with abstract black, white and red geometric paint on my face belting out a James Brown song to a disembodied orchestra.

(I've never really been called Antipodean before, I always think of prehistoric Australia or Gondwana-type Australia when I hear the term Antipodean).

Aha! A First!

Due to mentions of Escher and geometry you are now dangerously close to thinking like a mathematician. Be very very afraid.

I have yet to dream of the fforumites, so still have the pleasure to come.

But have had dreams inside dreams and have never been sure which one to wake up from. Very annoying especially if bladder is causing interruption of dream sequence(s).

Usually my dreams include sex, flying, sex, chocoloate, sex, a place in the country, sex, and more gratuitous sex.
