Yes I did. Very interesting. I wasn't terribly keen on that beard hiding his pretty face though!

Kitten - may I be the first to offer my condolences.

Start the campaign now! Jim Broadbent for the next Doctor........(Or Russell Brand, as he is not doing anything now, is he?)

Not Russell Brand, we need someone with talent. In any case he's not BBC material.

Edited for added hostility.

Yes, but we will have a year to forget.....

And I would prefer Jim Broadbent.

Oh, I see. I never liked him anyway so it's not a question of the recent scandal.

Sadly, I don't think we'll ever see an older Doctor again now. It's a shame but it's probably true.

Will the next (12th) Doctor be weaned?

On what exactly?

(One asks while sitting out a particularly dull conference presentation.)

Didn't they announce the new Doctor last week?

Granted, I had to be the one to tell my husband & he's as big of a Whooligan as they come...

Are we keeping it a secret for those that don't peruse other bits of the web?

Yes, they announced the new (11th) Doctor. Taking into account the descending ages of the actors playing The Doctor, I was just wondering if the eventual replacement for Matt Smith (invisio text used for them that don't want to know) would be weaned. It is possible that the new new Doctor has not yet been born.

Sounds like a foreign dish to me! Maybe from India or Indonesia.

No, it's something Bill Oddie will drive across the country to spy and write in his book.

Very rare, your custard covered bibwits.

maybe there will be a mating pair and each summer there will be a whole nest of them, and when its time to fly north for the winter the skies will be obscured in a manner similar to the birds returning to Capistrano.

I like this theory, although it does still leave out Bibwit covered in custard.

<Invents automatic custard cleaning device and aims it at Bib>

Apparently I bear a passing resemblance to Doc 11. It is mostly the hair though...

We should commercialise custard-covered bibwits.... They sound like a dessert....
