Question from the floor: Are the sweets and savouries sorted vertically in their degree of sweetness or savouriness. I mean, could one find the sweetest at the top and the least sweet at the bottom, or are they arranged this way along the walls of their respective sides.

at the moment the degree of sweetness and/or savouriosity is not considered, but who knows?

Perhaps in future the size of the pastry "S" could be used as an indicator.

What we need is a scientific repeatable scale, so that we can give an easily understandable description, then choose not to.

How about using chocolate crust for the sweet pies?
We've had a lack of chocolate around here lately...

I heard a rumor that Pie day was this month, which is odd since I know Pie day is in March-
however, I'm always happy to have a valid reason to eat more pie!
