Please don't enforce the rules. "...remove the last letter of a novel title to make it sound more interesting."

Most of my entries had internal complications.

Carry on as you were Misty. I'm going to give her legs such a good smacking next time I see her. I've always tried to discourage hair-splitting!

I slump corrected Mr MC. In fact you should have been bolder:

".....remove the LAST letter of a NOVEL to make it sound MORE interesting"

I'm just relieved none of you tried to defend cricket as being more interesting than love.

Brilliant, OB, brilliant. It made me suddenly realize what the leading clan of oranges of the country I live in reminded me of.

Not a book title, but I saw a business with the sign outside that read:

'ORIGINAL SI(G)NS'

The 'G' had gone on holidays.

OB,

Unfortunately I have not gone on a sinful holiday, or indeed, any holiday at all.

The place in question was on Main North Road, Salisbury Plains, just opposite the Parafield Airport and near the Toyota dealer.

I should like to go on a sinful holiday with one such as Sandra Sully but she is taken.

Is Sandra Sully the same sort of thing as Sally Lunn: a plump sweet sugary satisfying confection.?

SS is more like a spot of afternoon tea, a sweet treat before the main event. She is an Australian news presenter, who isn't past some mild innuendo when she was on the late news.
