I've gotten all the way through the quiz, but when I click on the penguin, the next screen that pops up says that I am "forbidden to access /thursdaynext/ on this server." Has anyone else received this error message, and, if so, how does one go about "accessing" thursdaynext?

I just checked, and it works for me.

I would give it another go. It might have just been a fluke.

Erm, I assume you're in North America? It may be blocking non-American serveers, although I'm sure I managed to get through to it over here in Blighty - try again and let us know if it still won't work.
