Having heard Mr. Fforde's commentary on the bus tour around Swindon last year, i am not sure that the quote "It is the first time the "magic kingdom" has twinned with somewhere "in the real world." is wholly accurate.

Perhaps someone who has been to Disney world could let us know with which fictional places it is also twinned?

Yes, but Ankh-Morpork is real, whereas Disney World is in The Magic Kingdom and so doesn't really exist.
