Maths?

You do realise that if no-one gets it, you will have to go again, don't you?

Is it Pie?

20) History? No.

Pie came in after the limit and wasn't the correct answer. That was...

GEOGRAPHY.

And unless someone volunteers, it's my turn to go again.

Blast. I was considering both history and geography for my last answer, as it clearly had to be one of those two, and I chose history based on the "fungible" property. But evidently geography is fungible as well.

I am willing to volunteer if no one objects.

Hands over the pointy 'Answerer' hat and crystal ball.

1) Is it material? (A physical thing)

Don't we get animal, vegetable or mineral as a starting clue for nothing?

There's no guarantee it's any of animal, vegetable, or mineral.

So, should you rename the thread "Anmal, Vwgatable or Mineral or Not?"?

Back to the quiz.

Can I eat it?

Re: Animal, Vegetable or Mineral?

2) Edible? No.
1) Material? Yes.
0) Animal, vegetable, or mineral? All.

The answer to "Can I eat it?" is based on assumptions on circumstances and person.

For particular reasons, I'm willing to answer the "animal, vegetable, or mineral" precursing question (which should not be taken as an precedent):
In certain respects it is animal, in certain respects it is vegetable, and in certain respects it is mineral.

Bugger! It's the Forth Road Bridge! (Please note this is not a question or possible try at the answer : it is just a Monty Python reference - again.)

ES, please don't count it as one of the 20!.

Is it vegemite then? That is Vegetable and mineral, and technically speaking semi animal-ish in terms of yeast AND isn't edible by my standards!

No silly, not vegemite.
I'll not count that as a question.
Please proceed along more solid lines.
