I might go easy on xmoepheus if there is a rather nice bag of Maltesers attached to the note though.

Many thanks for the formal welcome. It's a lovely colour and will go nicely as a counterpoint to the chandelier.

This may be an odd question, but is everyone that's going staying in the De Vere Village Complex?
I may be able to stay with a friend, and am worred I might miss out on some of the festivities by not staying at the hotel.

Looshkin, most people are staying at the De Vere, you get the usual bar flies propping it up to all hours and it is rather nice at breakfast time. Friday evening will be an informal pub quiz and it won't go on too late. Saturday evening will end quite early but Sunday will be a late affair.

Its a black skirt a black shirt sunglasses and a granny wig.

Depending what size you are, I may be able to lend a long black skirt with elasticated waist... In fact, I think I probably have three or four. Speak nicely to me here and I will bring them. I may even have two bun wigs but I'm not sure. They are very @#$%&. Or you could tie your hair up and talcum it. If hair is short a round scouring pad makes a bun clipped to the back :) Ingenuity.:)
