I saw my first Chair Census at work yesterday. I work at a college cafeteria and there were a bunch of people standing around a bunch of chairs lined up and they were pointing at them and making notes. Later on I noticed that the chairs were taken away, maybe we had too many.

Did you manage to see the Chair Census Committee's Standing Orders?

How did you know chairs had been taken away?

Because the chairs they were pointing at were very different than the rest of the chairs in the caf.

Ohhhh, you have to watch out for those mutant chairs!!! They might actually be comfortable!

An utterly clear case of Chairism then, is there a relevant authority you can report it to?

You could go to see the board of directors. Ask for the chairman.

With no chairs, you may have to ask for a seat on the Board.

Be glad only seats were taken out and not the seated.

Waits for confirmation from Zranoll that the seated were indeed left behind.

Chairs are obviosly bi-sexual (to deviate for a second) ..they are used by males and females with no thought for the chair's present proclivity. Is there such a thing as an hermaphrodite chair?

Where I come from chairs are definitely asexual, especially the triangular ones.

I'm not in the habit of picking up chairs and looking at their undersides, so I don't know which they are. I suspect there are some of each, but most are likely either neither or something else altogether.
