Committee

We need regeneration. In the spirit of the project I propose a committee that will talk much and do little. Who will bring the cake?

<motivation uncertain, but it may be the cake>

Honour thou the Eleventh Commandment, that each of thy days might be as holy a day as Sunday, the day of rest.

Thou shalt not committee.

<What kind of cake?>

Offers Lardy Cake and Battenburg.

Isn't a committee supposed to talk rather than do?

<dishes out Lardy, Battenburg and chocolate almond cakes>

We already are talking and not doing... Quiet round here, isn't it?

Bats Burg cake away but tries the other confections.

Doesn't Committee mean Committed ones.?( Adds parkin to collection)

Adds French Fancies, quietly sneaks the lemon one back to enjoy with cup of tea.

Who has the minutes from the last meeting?

Was it only minutes? That meeting seemed to go on for hours.

As I remember everyone said a lot, but no one agreed to any of it - not even the proposers.

Anyway I think I just ate the minutes mistaking them for a ricepaper edition of Fag Papers For the Committed. Have a recipe of my own devising Lolavavoomsheeza Tart.
I guarantee its deliciousness. See 2013 fforde ffiesta cookbook.

Well, we should talk about regeneration, since the minutes were actually hours or ours, and have been lost amidst the cakes. Although perhaps preliminary afternoon tea would be in order. Who is or has the chair?

Speckles sat on the chair, so everyone can have a piece if they want

Can't even sea Speckles through this storm of crumbs!

To be honest I'd rather have coffee than tea, and this whole committing thing has me a little bit worrried, but I followed the instuctions in the letter to the letter and here I am.

I say is that Lardy cake?

Item 5 on the agenda: Working out what the Lardy Cake is.
Item 6 on the agenda: Rescuing OB from the crumb storm.

Item 4: the Committee can only deal with 5 items at a time.

Item 12: The committee does not necessarily have to deal with Items in numberical order.

Item 12: Organizational shambles is discouraged.

Item 1: Think of some agenda items

Re: Committee

Item b: identify numberical order and implement immediately.

I like this agenda. We could seriously address power issues and implement meaningless jargon in a lovely way.
