Has everyone else seen the blurb for WoLP? I've been reading it over and over trying to satisfy my hunger for the book to come out!

Frustration presides!

There's a preview for WOLP somewhere in this complex of sites, too: Go to either 'Grand Central' or 'Jasperfforde.com', go from there to 'Index', and look under "W". That might help to stave off the frustration for a little while...

I have absolutely no idea at all. Wish I did though; maybe then I'd stop dreaming about Yorrick Kane kidnapping my dodo.

I could translate it - having read WOLP - but it gives away the whole of the story so I'm not going to.

I'm afraid you'll just have to wait - it'll be worth it, I promise you!

Actually my best estimate was:

'Thursday!' he squeaked, 'Told - Kaine, book version - don't trust-!'

Make any sense?

much better than mine, Sarah! I'm impressed!

hmm...why would Thursday trust Kaine, anyway? I mean, he gave the impression of being rather evil and weasely in LIAGB...

IONO.

I was convinced the last part was "Don't trust..." but unsure of the rest, myself.
Book version seems likely, given the rest of the blurb.

Thank you! I'd rather find out myself.

Thank you Carla and Aunt Sassy, I would rather speculate myself.

I think it's him saying 'I've told Kaine about the book version, don't trust -"

And then he kicks the bucket. Typical.

Dave _
See my earlier post in this thread, follow the instructions included therein, and you'll find a short preview for 'Well of Lost Plots'.
