New Purchase

So, I was out shopping for Tshirts yesterday afternoon, and apparently girls are only supposed to wear them if they're so tight they stop you breathing. So I started investigating blokie shops.

After having bought a couple already, I ended up in Burtons...where I found a lovely blue T-shirt that says THURSDAY in big letters across the top! Yay!

Actually, it then has some line drawing of beer cans and a little "is the new Friday" across the bottom. But it's still kinda cool. I'm wearing it today, as a protest against Fridays. I don't like Fridays when I have to work tomorrow too...

Eh....maybe! I haven't got any webspace at the moment. Oh, I could post one on my sadly under-used blog, I guess. Have to find someone with a digital camera first, though... don't hold your breath...

I used to have the other problem with T-shirts. The 80's 'one-size-fits-all' and generally baggy look, is not suited to someone 5' 1" and skinny. I was delighted when close-fitting tops came back into fashion, as I wasn't being swamped by my clothes any more. I'm not quite so skinny now but I'm still fond of the fitted look because it shows off the bigger boobs I miraculously grew last year !
I bought a new T-shirt on Wednesday (from Tescos - I know all about glamour, me). When I tried it on at home, I discovered it was rather more low-cut than I generally wear. I spent some time looking in the mirror, leaning forward and folding my arms, and marvelling over the fact that I've got cleavage - without the help of a special bra. Sad, perhaps, but when you were an A cup until your middle twenties, and a B cup for ten years after that, going up another two sizes in six months is rather unexpected and the novelty hasn't worn off yet :)

It's also a great excuse to go out and buy some new underwear !

Half your luck, Skiffle. I was a C cup all through my teenage years (WAY too big for my little frame). After I breast-fed my eldest I shrunk! Down to a B cup, which was more comfortable. Unfortunately, two more kids meant more shrinkage. I'm kinda in between an A cup and a B.

And I'm sure the blokes on the fforum are just ..... (I was about to say 'lapping this up' then. Changed my mind) really enjoying this.

I never wear tight t-shirts...as it is I have a difficult time keeping male attention on what I'm saying. They don't need the added distraction of the boobage being thrust directly into their faces! LOL

It's sad really, I was a B cup by age 10...and anyone who says they enjoy lugging around DD cups can bite me! (Cuz if they do, they're obviously FAKE to begin with!)

Wanna know what my biggest pet peeve is about having big boobs (other than having to lug them around)?? I HATE that nearly every shirt or blouse I own has a stain on the "shelf" from where anything that drops from above tends to land. Haven't seen my feet while standing in years! I am definitely getting a boob reduction when I have finished breast feeding sprogs I may eventually have!

YOu may not need it, AAC. You may have my problem and just shrink. Although in your case that may be an advantage.

I seem to remember another boob-size related threda before, and didn't get overly excited. I'm really concerned about these pills, y'know...

H'mm... DD cups... well, I'm a DD myself, but only a 34DD. Since cup sizes are defined relative to the back size rather than in absolute terms, that means that if AAC is more than a 34 in the back, she's carrying more around than I am. And if she is _significantly_ larger in the back, sympathy is very much in order - fear not, AAC, I shall not bite you! Let's just say that if you're (say) a 40DD, the way the sizes work means that you're carrying as much around as you would if you were a 34FF.

There's also the question of different shapes, which is something very few bra manufacturers seem to take into account... no, no, don't get me started, I could get all technical here and bore the socks off you all!

Yeah, I was an A-B cup for years, till I went on the pill and put on some weight in the same year or so...now I have cleavage!! Not that I ever display it, but it's nice to know I could if I wanted.

I'm a AA cup, if that... I figure you could have guessed that without me telling you, really, I just wanted to join in...
