:) It could be he didn't realise John was a fforumite - I don't know exactly when John joined.

Or other fforumites might have met him but not said they were fforimites...

but you and john being 1 and 2 and me being the third seems right...

I think Jo and John are not in his count. He met Lycanthropod and Swindonian in Swindon last month, so I think that's the 1 and 2 he's counting. I'm not sure he knew/considered Jo and John to be Fforum regulars at the time that he met them.

ok, so I'm either the third he recognised as Fforumite or the fifth overall
:-)

I was definitely on the fforums when I met him - I'd been plugging Microcon for at least a month! But he might not have connected me and the fforums when we met.

When I meet him I'm going to say 'Hi Jasper, I'm the crazy girl that won your dodo roadsign. I also happen to be a fforumite. Isn't it a small world?'.

I think he'll notice I'm a Fforumite. Anyone who is prepared to walk around carrying a dodo and an extremely drunk penguin couldn't really be anything else!

Oo-er. Shift re-allocation means I can't come by car (and Claire can't come). I really need to convince one of my Yorkshire customers they need some training that day.

Trains. Well, buses really. Software for the use of. I got lots of clients in Yorkshire, but they've all been trained, damn their eyes.

Well, if you said "bust measurement" fast enough, he might think you'd said "bus measurement", perhaps?

No? Oh well, it was worth a shot!
