I can't reach it either in Moz or Opera. Something to do with the '#' in the URL maybe?
Edit: That was going straight from the WN link. Going from the link at the top of the thread, I can get to the initial page but it doesn't seem to want to load any applets even though it says it's trying.

argh!
the number is just a reference and that shouldn't be what's blocking it.
It's just java based...just like playing an online game.
Alison, which browser are you using??
I'm really trying hard to make this site as browser friendly as possible, and I test it in various versions of IE an Netscape. Opera doesn't like my computer for some reason, so I don't really do that one, but I am not understanding why stuff isn't working right! ARGH!!

YAY, the chat room works.
For folks having problems, it's probably something in the way your browser uses Java. Might think about getting the latest version of whatever browser you're using. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.

I can't get in either, same message
I gather more recent windows products don't work well with some Java based things
I'll get Rhys (who is here now) to have a look see if there are any patches

Sylvester says.... *plock*
actually he says peep, cheep, chirrup, squalk, muttermuttergrumblegrumble, oh and now he falls off his pirch whish is followed by a sheepish peek round to see if anyone was looking and a quick scramble back up
FWIW, I'm using Windows XP and IE 6.0, and I got in fine.

Well, the official grand opening was to be at 8pm London time. I was there. Jon was there. That was it. We chatted for about half an hour while watching the tumbleweeds blow by.
