No problem Glamhag. We're all friendly like that!

(Except for when PSD and Kaz are insulting each other, but just ignore that)

Good grief, there's a search facility!

Glamhag, I have it all to do to keep up from day to day! And mostly we repeat each other anyway. Not to mention that of course the contents of this Fforum are ALL about books (wink)!

Welcome.

Labours of Hercules, I should think.

'Hercules, go and clear out those stables! And while you're at it, read the entire Fforum - in alphabetical order of posters' name!'

How about if I just read the titles of the threads?

There's a whole bunch called 'The Nextarillion' ---

Read the titles of every third thread. And we'll see you again at Christmas.

The titles bear little resemblence to what we end up talking about at any rate! Look at this one for a perfect example...

I think Prometheus would prefer that to the eagles!

Hamstring a Greek god today! If you don't they'll only do it to each other.

If Prometheus had brought eagles to man, would Zeus have set fire to him?

Perhaps, but then how would mankind have discovered the delights of a liver dinner?

Glamhag, that almost certainly will not help. Threads almost never stay on topic. You could speak to slightcap, though. She's delved back all the way to April, I think.

If you're serious about reading back, I would stick to the book forums, i.e. not this one. They move a lot more slowly and that's where the issue of repeating might be pertinent.

Whereas here if you ask everyone what they're having for tea again no-one really minds, because it will be a different tea! Usually, anyway.

Besides, if we don't like your topic we just morph it into something else...

I think 3 posts is almost as long as anything stays on topic. We try very hard(ok maybe not that hard).

Although sometimes we go on and on and on about the same topic...usually when it's the weather or cats.

I had egg, bacon, beans, tomato and mushrooms, which I didn't have to cook myself. Which is just as well, otherwise it would probably just have been beans.
