Yeah Dave, where'ya been? The chat room misses you. I've not had a marshmallow in days, and I noticed *my* Nextarillion didn't have a marshmallow per chapter like *some* people's. Humpf.

Almost finished book 2, by the by. I'm compiling a list of comments and queries to send your way when I'm done. It's very funny, though, just about died laughing when I read the bit about The Hall of the Mountain King done on ZX Spectrum.

Just have to know the right people Jen. I'm about where you in the book. I'm reading at work, people think I'm nuts laughing out loud like this!

I haven't seen Minsky all day... and I've no idea which book he's in, either!

I'll make sure to pass that along. Are you sure you want Klinsmann out of the gutter? I'm sure he's quite happy there and he's relatively safe. As long as he stays away from Nicky.

It's not whether Klinsmann is safe. It's whether everyone else in the gutter is. Klinsmann may be little, but he is completely warped even by gutter standards!

Sarah - Minsky popped in. He says hello and that he does not want to get close enough to the gutter to get Klinsmann out.

He suggests letting Klinsmann stay.

I think we could let Klinsmann stay. We need a mascot, after all.

H'mm... I reckon Minsky just doesn't really want Klinsmann to come home, which would admittedly be understandable!

(Edit: Minsky is now home, and wolfing down his evening meal. He still won't tell me which book he was in. Klinsmann is not in evidence, and is almost certainly still in the gutter. Heidi is deeply disgusted!)

The book is context sensitive. It tries not to make gestures that may be misunderstood by ladies in difficult times. It should have been upgraded recently.

I have sent the software key out to the book, and be assured it now has a marshmallow per chapter. The next one you complete will have the backlog of marshmallows so far achieved waiting for you - sounds like about 15 of them. When I have a clear idea what you drink, there will be something for you at the end of each book.

I thought I'd left you all aware of my state - I have to exit Sarahs much earlier when she's at home than when she's on holiday, and cannot get in at times you would appreciate. A new computer is in the offing, and once I have that I'll be able to retire this old thing to home and resume there.

Dave - The worm virus blew out our server here at work. There is very little I can do whilst here and honestly, I'm enjoying it too much to get any work done anyway.

Klinsmann turned up here a few minutes ago and proceeded to yuckle Minsky. I am now typing with one hand whilst forcibly restraining the little ginger guttersnipe with the other arm. He'll get his meal when Minsky finishes his supper!
