Actually I thought the distinction was "eem-yuu" when mentioning the bird and "ee-moo" when mentioning the European Monetary Unit? (or is it Union? Not sure now...)

Intrigue, I think it was somebody called Joe Jackson or maybe Joe Johnson. Probably had a really weird name and got a plain one to stand out, rather like 'John Smith' in the Nextain world.
Er, Dave, the question was answered some way back up the thread. And it is Joe Jackson. I knew straight away but got beaten to the chance of showing off my knowledge.
