Looks like I've been away too long and missed the action. Just got a huge load of e-mails that seem to have been sent during the power outage. Reply sent. Nearly got you, Tracy. :) Didn't know about the coven. What's wrong with an Elvish sisterhood?

Hmmm and Elvish sisterhood. Might be interesting.

Have to think on that.....

I think some of us lads should start up an Elvish Brotherhood in competition - then we could elect Elvish Priestly as "The King" bwaaahahahahaaaaaaaa

You get better frocks and a wider selection of gallant gentlemen that way, Tracy. See if you don't. Food and work both call -- Lol. :)

'Tis true! Let's face it, if I had to choose between being Nanny Ogg and Galadriel, it would simply be no contest. Galadriel is beautiful, she's ageless, she's got all her teeth, and she has infinitely nicer jewellery. :-)

Really. Who wouldn't want to be Galadriel. Ageless and beautiful.

The jewelry is a definite plus. Very pretty, very shiny.

Hmmm. This elvish thing has merit. Ladies? Shall we convert the coven? Of course, some witches are very glamourous as well ...

Think of The Witches of Eastwick ...

True Jen, very true.

I think we should discuss it this evening in the gutter.

Check your e-mails and see if the idea fits, the four of you (three here, one missing). Witches I can't write in Beleriand, would-be Elves yes. I may even fix a conversion a la Luthien in reverse. But witches are out, none to be seen in Beleriand. Of course if you don't want to be in Beleriand or have other things to do when you're elsewhere, that's fine. :)

Assuming I'm one of the four Dave, I received no email from you ...

I'm ok with elvish, sorcerous, beautiful, ageless.

Works for me.

I could do Elvish, as long as I get to hold the Ring.

Am I alone in having no idea what you're talking about? Beleriand? N4? Is Dave Rainbow running a cult? ;)

"The Cult of the Marshmallow". Hmmm. Wonder how that will jibe with my own personal philosophy: "The Way of the Sloth".

No, Dibs, he's running a lingerie website and an alternative universe. Does that help? :-)

Don't forget the Virtual Treats Distibution Center, Sarah. Although, I don't suppose Dibs is eligible...

Hmmmm...DaveR's cult vs. psd's harem...neither is particularly appealing to me.

Dave R says he'd hate to be thought of as running a cult, but if Dibs or any other interested newcomer would like a copy of the Nextarillion to see what all the fuss is about, they need only say. It's probably best to e-mail him, as he won't be looking at the Fforum again till Monday (or at best Sunday night) and you can imagine how many posts there will be by then!

I concur with Nicky, neither cult nor harem is particularly appealing. Especially already being a member of a rather nice coven.

Jen, I really like your Way of the Sloth. Can anyone join?
