I've just been rereading the notes for TEA and I'm confused

I thought Jack Spratt would eat no fat, his wife would eat no lean, because they look like the seaside postcards - huge wife and tiny husband??

ah ... the characters <'s wife> are missing from the Notes .. insert after 'he was the one who'.

Anybody else get an uncormfortable urge to break out in saucy seaside kiss-me-quick humour? Does this mean Jon's notes are now officially teaching material? Why aren't all these students posting here asking us if we can do their essays for them?

Money? For work? Works for me...

<takes off hat and hides it behind her>

Who said I had a kiss-me-quick hat on anyway?

<takes a bite of the candyfloss>

Anyone want some?

No money Jon, it counts as academic research, and when was the last time anybody made money out of that?

However, I guess you could now style yourself as 'Reader of Nextian Studies'...

I always thought Jack Spratt's wife left him for incompatible sexual reasons.

'Jack Spratt would eat no fat,
His wife would eat Noelene...''

I often used to wonder who Noelene was.

Someone who's parents wanted a boy?
