Sigh.

I've been searching and searching and I can't find ordinary Rooibos anywhere here. I keep discovering all kinds of flavored varieties, but once you add cinnamon or peach or whatever it's indistinguishable from any other flavored tea. So I still haven't managed to try it!

Pref Kombucha(sp) myself...

I know there is a type of tea called Buchu (ch like in Scottish loch) but I can not say I have tried it. Or... I could, but I would be lying.

I seem to recall it's made of some sort of fungus or something. Very nice. Reminds me of rhubarb, but slightly fizzy. Hmm. Come to think of it, that makes me think cultured micro-organisms, rather than fungus. Yeast maybe? Anyway, it's good stuff.

I only saw the bottles standing on the supermarket shelves. Somehow it looks more like a cross between cod-liver oil and vinegar than something you might drink voluntarily...

It's really nice. Luckily, I didn't know it was healthy before I first tried it...

Vitamins? My mom always said those would kill you....
