Anyone else have an interesting wedding?
My wife and I got married in a pub. We were going to get married in a garden but after 6 weeks with no rain we had a typical February cold front move through and it flooded the place. I believe the ducks were sending out distress calls that morning.
Cost me a fortune for wedding vehicles etc and I ended up walking to my wedding and to the reception which was at the pub.
That was 25 years ago and we still wonder why we didn't just do a registry office job in London and stay there.

Our wedding was in a Norman keep, which had just come into view from the motorway when I remembered that I'd forgotten to pick up the flowers, resulting in some unladylike Saxon commentary, but none of that has been recorded for posterity.
