Complete Wastes of Time

We used to have a thread for time wasters, and so I thought I'd start a new one instead of using the search function. You can still do that if you wish.
So, I have two completely addicting wastes of time.

1) The helicopter game: [andojung.com]

2) The impossible quiz: [gamershood.biz]

Have fun, and feel free to add more wastes of time. :)

Why search? Go through the archives...

Spend enough time then... :P

All events, even those which are deemed failures, are learning events. Therefore how can anything be considered a waste of time?

Except watching football, cricket, Neighbours, Home and Away, Big Brother, Australian Idol, going to church (except to meet members of the opposite sex), listening to politicians,.....

ah well, you win.......

I do particularly enjoy this website: [www.pointlesssites.com]
It's a very extensive collection of timewasters all over the internet, and saves you having to waste the time looking for timewasting sites when you could be using that time productively by wasting time!

And this thread is different from all the others because?

It is still more-or-less on topic?

Might as well add [www.pointlesswasteoftime.com]
Although I'm sure it's been posted here somewhere before.

Aaah, but the chance to see names from the dim and distant past is surely worth it, pehaps?

Waiting for part Two of Shades of Grey is beginning to be a waste of time.

Well, he has said it's not going to happen in all practical senses. It didn't sell. :( I'm still waiting for part three of Nursery Crimes, but am worrying that it being written so much later will mean it's not really the same tone or style.

Let's write an unpublishable story, a complete waste of time. I'll begin.

Once long ago there was a blue planet to be found on one of the many mighty waists of Time.

Once long ago there was a blue planet to be found on one of the many mighty waists of Time. This rather rotund and buxom blue planet had been dieting since the early Paleoproterozoic era, but still couldn't buckle Orion's Belt.

Then it saw and fell for a real hot number dressed in gold and red which wore next to nothing in the region of....

Staying on topic - sorry - but I just Googled 'Dopey Apeth' and was referred straight back to ROTS-SOTTreehouse.

Is life imitation, or otherwise being affected by, art?

Although this article uses "daft apeth", it is effectively the same.

(Ignore their comment about only Manchester, these expressions are common throughout Lancashire & Yorkshire)
