...Now I'm intrigued!

I'll be at school every day, but wont be free til after four- studying business at the moment, and don't get what one could call 'long' breaks.

If anyone in Oz looks at the TV guide on the net and sees any relevant TP based programs send me an email and I will endeavour to get it taped.

I've got a season ticket at RAH for 2007 and I'm going in for some more guest appearances at the surgical training centre over the next few weeks and there may be some times when I will be less than mobile. If one doesn't work I'll have the video system set up in the bog coz that's where I'll be spending most of the rest of my life.

I will have First Among Sequels to read the week after next after I wake from plumbing repairs.

You can do plumbing repairs in your sleep?

I've seen the Hogfather movie thing. I'm at res at university. Don't ask me how I saw it, and I won't be forced to lie. It's so-so. They screw up Mr Teatime so badly - really, he looks soooooo stupid, and his voice is all high-pitched and squeaky... I can't remember if Pratchett wrote him that way, but if that's a director's addition, he should be given a clout over the earhole. Susan and the Death of Rats are done brilliantly, though.

Erm, let's see... what else... Quoth shouldn't have such a gruff voice - he actually caws in the middle of his sentences... Albert is pretty cool - David Jason, from Only Fools and Horses. Death is done okaaaaayish. Could've been better, but, hey, I guess that would've been asking for some skilled CGI - besides, whenever I read Death speaking, I try not to imagine what his face would be doing; it's just too damn difficult.

Hey!

I just read saw something that amazed me!

I think they got the character list messed up though - I believe Tim Curry is Rincewind, not David Jason. And David Bradley, the guy that plays Filch in the Potter movies, is gonna be Cohen the Barbarian! Haha! But best of all, Terry Pratchett is Astrozoologist 2. Yeah baby! Cameo from the creator!

OCN,

I'm amazed at what I can do in my sleep.

It's just that it frightens me when I see what I do when I'm awake.

If only you were right, but it seems that David Jason is going to be Rincewind.

As we no longer have access to Sky One (Thank you Mr. Branson) mrs. SkidMarks and I will have to make alternative arrangements for TCOM/TLF.

Haven't seen such an extensive list of roles... DJ is Rincewind... who was 33 in the books... Interesting that someone has the job of 'the luggage.' Maybe he's a foot model.

Teatime wasn't what I had imagined... but I thought he was sufficiently creepy and evil.

I don't even remember what the plumbing was about...
Looking forward to Hogfather, I predict that I shall have seen it before this year is out.

Mrs. SkidMarks?! Waaaaaaahahahahahaaaa! Does she know that she has such a fetching pseudonym?

I could've sworn Curry was playing Rincewind... To be honest, though, neither of them strike me as being particularly Rincewind-ish. And notice how [www.colourofmagicthemovie.com] has the whole attempting-to-be-Octiron-coloured look going? Although, that's pretty much the only thing they've got going as yet...

I suspect she does know. While I refer to her as such, when she joined the Fforum she decided to register with that name.

You are right about the website, though.

Kevin: What you studying in Cape Town? //goes back to first tangent//

I liked Teatime. He worked better than Death.

I did watch a little of the Teatime/Lord Downey scene, it was way to dark on the screen and people were talking so I could not hear anything exept for "It's Tea-ah Time-ah, sir"

But just from that line I could see that I liked the guy cast (I've not done the research, I dont know any of the actors in Hogfather)
