I feel like we haven't had one of these threads in a while...

This is the thread to encourage procrastination during the end of semester festivities/tests for the students on this fforum. And to say happy Christmahanukwanzika.

I would just like to say that if your Brit. Lit. Professor says that the final will be on the 8th, it ought to be held on the 8th instead of getting your hopes up that you'll be done with school ages before anyone else, and then finding out that it's actually on the 10th. That is all.

Encouraging procrastination? You rang?

Are you cleaning the kitchen yet? It's impossible to study in a dirty house...

Seriously, don't eat any magic mushrooms while you're studying for finals-
stick with the mundane varieties, or just have some pie...

Did someone mention pie?

Although now is the season for pies of the mince variety, chicke, bacon and mushroom appeals.

I cleaned my room, does that count? And don't mention cooking. That's THE way that I procrastinate. But it does give me something tasty to eat while I think about the stuff I should have done.

I made muffins tonight instead of doing the dishes. Now I have more dishes...

I am on holiday already. I find the internet helps for procrastination....

To all those out there who are doing/have done their end of year tortures, like examinations, handing up essays, progress reports, and corrected paperwork with the corrected referencing and citations completely and correctly done,

May I say

Best of Luck,

and

Enjoy the time until you get your results.

To those for whom such times are a thing of the past - happy recollections

It is now only 18 days to the summer solstice, and 21 days until you get your prezzies, or maybe 22 if you hold the original traditions of Boxing day. So repent your sins of splitting the infinitives, multiple tenses in sentences, and incorrect punctuation. So far as sex, drugs, drink and rocknroll are concerned - Enjoy.
