Surreal animations

NB I promise the below links are not rickrolls!

In continuing with my linking to YouTube videos, I was directed to the following animation by a friend a short while ago - it's somewhat surreal (understatement!) and a little bit gruesome in it's own apparently innocent way, but there's something about it - probably the sheer inventiveness and brilliantly fitted score - that makes me really like it. Just thought I'd share the animation Handshake by Patrick Smith.

And then following that on I came across another one by the same guy - a cross between black-comedy and a surreal horror short. But still very good: Puppet.

PS for those of you who don't know about rickrolling, read up on it on the Wikipedia page.

That Handshake one was disturbingly cool!
