There is a point...

...to calling myself Thursday Next on a journal site. Someone I didn't know from Adam (or, more precisely, Eve) left a comment in my journal enthusing over TEA and LIAGB.

I directed her here, naturally. Watch this space!

(Incidentally, if anyone is wondering what I'm doing up at this ridiculous hour of a Saturday morning, I was woken up in the small hours by an extremely persistent dog. Woof.)

It's almost 5am my time and I'm still up! What's my problem!? Too much caffeine, a lot to do before leaving for the weekend and still overly jazzed from meeting my fave author....<sigh....grin...I'm his fi-irst Fforumite....>

Sigh. Well, it's hardly my fault that he got to your part of the country before he got to mine, so I guess I'll get to be his second Fforumite.

Still amazed that none of you other regulars managed to get to Microcon to meet him. Still, I suppose it's easier not to get round to it when you know there'll be other opportunites. I imagine this is my only chance for at least another year or so to see him on this side of the pond.

Hmm, hasn't he met Jo? I know she hasn't been around much, but...

Perhaps he was referring to the regulars who hang out here on a daily or near daily basis, and post a lot.

ya, how many posts has Jo done, anyway? (Check your records, PSD, we know you have it on file! LOL) Definitely wouldn't count her as a regular! And besides, he wrote it in my books, so it must be true, right? <grin>

Well, from the way the puzzles are counted on the quiz, I'm not surprised... ;-)
