Has anyone seen the latest news regarding a dramatic illuminated memorial in London? It was unveiled last night by the Secretary General of the UN, from the top of the new wing of Broadcasting House. That, alone, should give you a clue as to its design, because it must be more than just artistic coincidence that a memorial dedicated to the hundreds of journalists killed whilst reporting the news worldwide, is in the shape of ... a bloody great beer pump handle.
A fitting tribute indeed.
