I just made some chocolate truffles.

I ground up almonds with some dessicated coconut, plenty of organic cocoa, a cap full of bundaberg rum, some honey and pear juice concentrate.

Made a stiff gooey chocolate which rolled perfectly into a dusting of cocoa.

I was really pleased with the results. Though more almonds would probably work.
