In the Bookies, Brideshead Revisted wins best opening. But that's Chapter One, not the opening prologue. Why is this?

The prologue doesn't count as an "actual" part of the story. It's a "teaser" and delivers enough just to get you to open the book to chapter one. First paragraph of Chpt. 1 is the official opening!
