In the WOLP US edition there is a chapter 13 entitled Reservoir near the Church of St. Stephen in the contents, but is it just me but there is no chapter 13 in the entire US book!!

Someone explain why there is no chapter 13 please..

There's no chapter 13 anywhere in any of the books.

It's been claimed that books never have a chapter 13, but I have a book next to me which does.
