Where are the postcards? I picked up both the pulp 30's edition and the library editions, and neither of them had the promo postcards in. Am I being cheated? Has an errant bookshopper swiped them? Or are they not being done for TN4?

Generally, the only time you can get the post cards is by going to a signing and having Jasper give you one personally.
Once in a while, after a signing, he'll go to the shelves and throw a few in some of the store copies, but not always. Remember, these cards are all limited edition and, therefore, in short supply. And seeing as how more and more people are coming to his signings, he has to reserve enough to make it through the entire tour.

Although they were in the WOLP and LIAGB hardbacks, and I thought since the Library edition of SR has a smaller print run that the WOLP hardback, there'd be postcards.

iirc the library edition of SR is a 3,000 print run.
