The book's just one big joke

It's just occurred that the whole premis of this book, and possibly the whole TN series, has been devised by working backwards from the last three lines in chapter 42...

Out of interest what are the last 3 lines in chapter 42?

I don't currently have my copy with me as I'm reading the Da Vinci Code.

'I feel almost sorry for him,' said Joffy, who was a lot more forgiving than me. 'Poor Yorrick.'
'Yes,' replied Hamlet sarcastically. 'Alas.'

though, clearly, it comes across as only two lines on this ffine fforum

Oh dear. Actually, for a while I thought he was Yorrick the skull and that was why he'd been overlooked. Seems a bit obvious to me.

Just realised that last post looks a bit snobby. Wasn't supposed to be, so sorry.

I wish in the ambush in the forrest, the clones hadn't automatically tried to kill each other. I guess it aids the story though, even if an urge to kill the French isn't genetic (whereas a flair for writing seems more believeable)

Somehow I feel like there is a whole history with these clones. I can imagine Goliath indoctrinating these Napoleons and Wellingtons to hate each other from when they were born... decanted... whatevered. Btw, dd anyone else think that the comment about Les Rosbifs was a reference to Woody Allen's Love and Death ("No, no! We must invent Napoleon before the British invent Beef Wellington!")? Or maybe I'm just looking too deep. THen again, this is JFf, so one can never be sure
