I recently heard that due to people's jobs being laid off, the rate of petty theft has risen. And that because the rich enjoy their expensive lifestyles, expensive cheeses and such-like are being shop lifted at a substantial rate.

Yeah. But those are banned unless the people/societies involved actually serve cheese and wine. Which most do not bother to do.

Is there more detail about which cheeses are being hoiked?
There is a mention of Parmesan as being one of the more expensive cheeses, but what of other cheeses. Are the big hoists of Cheddar, or Edam, or some other regional variety?
And what of such cheeses as Walnut, or Apricot and Brandy?
As I am now indulging in weight loss via self control I find I have less to do with these gourmet cheeses, but I am still interested in the lifestyles of the rich and calorific.
