The Techniparrot Rare as to be almost unheard of, the Techniparrot displays plumage that is visible to everyone. The only Univisual animal aside from the equally rare Purple Frog and Clapping Tree Lobster, the Techniparrot lives in the warmer climates of Red Sector South, and the Island of White.

Timid to the point of absurdity, it is seen only occasionally. Quite unmistakable, its unusual call of 'Kalmus-Kalmus-Kalmus' is equally inexplicable
