It's Edward Bear coming down the stairs.
"Bumpity-bumpity-bumpity-bump!"
At the bottom he lands with a cushiony thump.

There, a Winnie-the-Pooh doggerel to set things off. Grin, grin.

When shall we three...

"Whisky-wa-wa," I breathed - she was dressed as Biffo the Bear.

Hope I don't ruin this thread, but this all brings back to mind a poem of William Crustacean. William was sent to the Royal School for Protection of Children of Authors, on account of being pilloried by his peers about 'Tom Punchinello'. There he met Christopher Robin Milne, the child whose plight caused the school to be founded. Their exploits are legendary.

They're changing the books and making them silly;
Christopher Robin went down with Billy.
Billy is rogering all of the texts;
"Whatever happened to Thursday Next?"
said Billy.

I'm not sure it's 'with', though; WC was rather perverse.
