ya ya ya...I completely forgot about it up until 4:30am when I posted....then I went to sleep. So it's my fault Jasper didn't really have any notice. However, in my defense, it was posted on the Newsletter, which he does read, so he had just as much of a chance to know as the rest of you. AND since all posts go to his inbox, he also got this reminder thread.
So there...Pbbpllllllttttt! <grin>
Anyway, thanks everyone. It was a fun chat. We'll definitely schedule another probably sometime this month. I'll keep you all posted.
If anyone has a suggestion for when, please let me know. I think we might try to schedule it for a wee bit later than last night's so that some of the Aussies and Kiwis might be able to attend from work and that some of the Americans can join from home so they're not fighting firewalls the whole time.
Oh, and just so no one is confused, it's rather a free-for-all...staying on topic is non-existent (even worse than the Fforum!) and even though we do talk about the books/Jasper a bit, mostly it's just a humorous blatherfest. So don't go in expecting deep conversations about how Jasper's use of the word Schitt is really a political statement about how he feels about Dubya. (those are my words, not his, kiddies! LOL) It's just a place to come and hang out. Fun...we've heard of that, right?
If you want one of those deep, meaningful conversations - and someone is willing to have one with you - you can click on a person's name to have a private convo. If there's something interesting, bring it up in the main chat and see if anyone bites. But if you bite, don't bite too hard. It's not nice to bite!
