Oh, he wouldn't do that! He has many faults, but he's always very punctilious about the use of the litter tray. He even buries things after his sister, who seems to consider that it's a menial task and therefore beneath her royal dignity.
My ex-husband's guide dog, being half labrador, used to eat all kinds of stupid things, although guide dogs are not supposed to scavenge. Since he also had a weak digestion, there were often unpleasant results in the middle of the night, and they would always happen by the back door because he'd be desperately trying to get out to his run, bless him. The first time this happened, Klinsmann very conscientiously got hold of the doormat (which must have been extremely heavy for him) and buried the "results" as best he could. I was just in time to spot him finishing the job.
The doormat was a write-off, but I had to give Klinsmann full marks for effort.
